#MusicMonday - Avi Buffalo, Born Ruffians, MGMT

I’m a pretty satisfied young man when it comes to this year in music thus far. Indie pop has had a tremendously great start to twenty-ten with some bands I’ve just recently discovered, and of course solid contributions from seasoned veterans of the vast independent genre. Indie labels are popping up left and right these days and are absolutely thriving in the digital age. Trust me, I’m all smiles. Honestly, what will the music industry look like in ten years? Sounds like I should maybe branch off on that in the near future here on Filter Box. In the meantime, enjoy these great handpicked tracks from some of 2010’s most impressive indie pop bands. Happy #MusicMonday!
